💪 Customers want humans now more than ever

Good news. Humans are back in business.

New research shows people prefer dealing with someone real when it comes to customer service. “I didn’t need research to tell me that” - same.

In fact, some brands have reported sales of 10x when they added human reps instead of AI bots - “well obviously“. So companies like Apple are offering customers live video calls with their team to improve the buying experience - “because they got a ton of money to do it”.

But why bother with good customer service? Good customer service means better reviews and better reviews means better sales. And yes better reviews is a BIG deal. Look at the chart above, once you get to 3-star ratings your sales drop by nearly 67%!

Where do reviews count the most?

It’s Google.

So here’s the opportunity for you guys

Improve customer experience for a small business niche. E.g. let’s say you pick restaurants. Find all restaurants near you with an average rating of less than 4, call them up or better yet, go there and say to the manager:

You then charge them $1000 to implement a strategy for good customer service, train their staff and leave them with a guide for any new employees. Offer a quarterly check-up for an additional $100, which you can just do as a “working lunch” 😋 

They can’t afford that? Sell them a digital guide/pdf for $99 with the whole strategy and steps to take.

Sounds like too much effort? Another service you could offer is to manage their Google reviews. Something as simple as:
